GREAT work to: - Vidhur Narayan, Chetlur Srinvaas, Nikhil Gottemukkala and Emet Baker for coming in first place for their group performance of "Samuel Slater the Revolutionist". - Madison Wallace and Ryan McCarthy for their first place group website on "Shirin Ebadi: One Woman's Struggle to Find Human Rights". - Amanda Xie, Katelyn Hirnak and Abi Mangiafico on their first place group exhibit, "A Medical Step Forward and Social Step Backward: The Legacy of James Marion Sims". - Claudia Reine, Sierra Dinndorf and Kaitlyn Dinndorf for their second place group website on "The Manhattan Project: Scientific Triumph or Tragedy for Humanity?" - Sam Gelinas for her second place individual performance on the "Deaf President Now Movement". Again, great work, we are all so proud of you. Invitation for Past Members of RBS RHYTHMICS and RBS SINGERS! We hope to connect with former Riddle Brook School chorus members. We have plans to celebrate 20 years of music-making at RBS during the spring concert, to be presented in the Bedford High School Theater on Wednesday, May 15, at 6:30 PM. At this Spring Concert, we will share a few reunion songs including “We Are The People Of The Twenty-First Century” (from the first concert, in October, 1999.) Also planned: “Guacamole” and “Born To Make Music,” which have been sung every year by our 3rd grade chorus, as well as “Fireflies” and “One, From A Chorus Line.” These last 2 songs have been the final set of Riddle Brook School concerts for the last 9 years. We look forward to seeing many alumni and we will invite them to sing along. The celebration begins with alumni sign-in starting at 5:45. Past chorus member will receive a special program booklet, then are invited to attend a reunion gathering in the music room. The concert begins at 6:30. Please pass this to anyone you know who is a Riddle Brook School chorus alumnus. Mrs. Munz can be reached at this email: | |||
