Driver’s Education Driving Instruction During School Hours:
BHS is no longer affiliated with the “Share the Road” driving school. The driving school has physically moved out of the high school. We do make an effort to assist our students meet the driving time requirement by allowing students to meet the instructor on our site for an hour of driving during Managed Time when it is possible. However, school commitments scheduled, like making up a test or quiz or getting extra help, are a priority over a driving lesson. Students who choose driving over school work risk the chance of not making up assignments or receiving the extra help needed. Students are asked to please prioritize accordingly.

2018-19 School Calendar
The School Board has approved the 2018-19 School Calendar. Please note that there is a substantial change for 2018-19. The district will shift from tracking days to tracking hours. As a result, the last day of school for 2018-19 will be no later than June 13 and could be as early as June 6. The first five snow days, if needed, will be made up by students at the end of the year. Any snow days beyond five days will not need to be made up by students. This should bring some more predictability to the end of the year for families.
Student Handbooks
Over the course of this fall, the Bedford School District made several additions to our student handbooks.

- Teaching about Human Sexuality
- Volunteers in the Bedford School District
